Real credibility, nowhere to point to.

Access Asia Advisors is led by Robbie Gaspar, who has spent more than 23 years living and working across Indonesia and Southeast Asia. Fourteen of those years were as a professional footballer. He speaks Bahasa Indonesia, and he holds board and advisory roles with the Australia-Indonesia Institute at DFAT, FIFPRO Asia/Oceania, Football West, and The Asia Centre at UWA.

The impact of Robbie's work is profound: club-to-club partnerships between Western Sydney Wanderers and Persib Bandung, and between Football West and Persebaya Surabaya, advisory work with the Papua Football Academy, and market-entry programmes for Australian organisations entering Indonesia.

What Robbie did not have was anywhere to point current and future customers to. No website, no domain name, no business email address. The credibility of Access Asia lived entirely in Robbie's personal network and in the room. Every new relationship started with a direct introduction, and anyone who heard the name second-hand, whether a club, a government department, or a prospective client, had no way to confirm what the firm was or what it had done.

Robbie came to Qode with one asset. A logo.

What we built

One logo in. A working business out.

Qode built a working prototype of the homepage before the proposal call, using Robbie's own words for the copy and the photographs he had taken across Indonesia, India, and Australia rather than stock imagery. The commercial conversation happened in front of a live prototype website instead of a proposal document - and Qode got the approval the same day.

Four days later, Access Asia Advisors had a registered domain, a Google Workspace mailbox with a branded email signature, and a website live at accessasia.com.au.

The site runs on Payload CMS, hosted on Vercel, with media in Vercel Blob and content in Neon Postgres. The website was delivered with all page copy uploaded, SEO best practices with metadata applied, background images, section headings, testimonials, and the client and partner logo strips. The site has no fixed limits, allows Access Asia to add or remove projects, logos, and all content to position themselves in the market as the firm grows. Drafts and preview are on, meaning Robbie and his team can preview all changes prior to publishing live.

The site is also structured so both people and AI systems can read it. The projects, credentials, and regional focus are legible at a glance, which gets Access Asia recommended in the likes of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Preplixity, when someone asks an AI assistant who can help them establish a market entry into Indonesia.

A closer look.

How it works

Eleven days, four moves.

  1. 01

    Prototype first

Before committing to the project, Qode built a working website built from the client's own words and shown live on the proposal call.

  2. 02

    The foundations

Domain registered, Google Workspace mailbox and branded signature set up.

  3. 03

    The website

4 days later, the website launched on Payload CMS, every field editable by the client, with drafts and preview switched on.

  4. 04

    The brand kit

Business cards, Word templates, a master Presentation deck, and Letterhead templates supplied - all on one typeface for brand consistency.

“Qode took the time to really understand my business and what I wanted Access Asia Advisors to represent, and translated that into a website that exceeded my expectations. The feedback I've received on the website has been first-class.”
